The Truck Check now matches your rig. Pick BLS or ALS at the top and the list shows exactly what that ambulance should carry, based on Illinois IDPH equipment requirements — BLS shows basic gear and meds, ALS adds advanced airway, cardiac, IV, and ALS medications. Add your unit number, then tap 'Email PDF' to send a clean report: on a phone or tablet it opens your share sheet so you can attach the PDF straight into an email to your supervisor or QA.
Study Tools, Certification Tracker, Shift Run Log, Protocol Library, and Crew Chat are available from the dashboard and sidebar alongside the rest of the clinical toolkit.
ClearShift Narc Log — DEA-compliant narcotic tracking for EMS agencies — now appears as a featured companion app on the dashboard. Also: home page is cleaner with four primary tools up front and a compact 'More tools' grid below; Shift Run Log, Truck Check, and Certification Tracker now require sign-in so your data is tied to your account.

New mass casualty incident triage board at /mci. Select START (adult) or JumpSTART (pediatric) triage system. Tap-through decision tree assigns tag colors step by step. Large tap-to-increment counters for Red/Yellow/Green/Black patients with per-patient optional notes. One-tap MCI report generation with incident name, time, total patients, color breakdown, and all patient notes.
New dedicated RSI tool at /rsi. Enter patient weight (kg or lbs), select induction agent (Etomidate or Ketamine) and paralytic (Succinylcholine or Rocuronium). Outputs pre-calculated mg doses and draw volumes for all RSI phases: pre-treatment (Fentanyl, Lidocaine), induction, paralytic, and post-intubation sedation (Midazolam, Fentanyl, Vecuronium). Includes weight-based ETT/blade sizing, a 10-item pre-procedure checklist with progress bar, and a one-tap copy to generate a clean RSI drug sheet.
New per-shift call log at /runlog. Log each run with dispatch time, type, patient age/sex, care level (ALS/BLS), and a one-line note. Entries sort by dispatch time, persist in localStorage for the shift, and a one-tap copy generates a plain-text shift summary report. Start a new shift to clear the log.
Four new offline reference tools: ECG/Rhythm Reference (15 rhythms with recognition criteria and treatment pathways), Equipment/Truck Check (compartment-organized daily rig checklist with copy-to-clipboard report), Pediatric Quick Card (Broselow-based airway sizing and 9 drug doses by weight), and ACLS/PALS Algorithm Cards (7 tap-through clinical decision algorithms).
